For many years I made resolutions, only to be right back where I started after only a few weeks. Then I decided to try ‘setting intentions’ instead as this seemed to allow for more creativity and feminine expansion. This proved to be a little more effective, yet still I wasn’t gaining the ground that I desired and I was still returning to old habits and patterns after a couple of months.
